Hung "Jay" Vu, M.D.
Born in Vietnam; raised in San Diego, CA, Dr. Vu is no stranger to academics or medicine. After earning his B.S. in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience at USCD, he spent 2 years in the field as a first responder EMT with AMR. He earned a Medical Doctorate degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine and was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
Amy Vu, MSM, PA-C
Professor Vu is a PLNU alumnus and an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. She is specialty boarded in Emergency Medicine, but has also worked in Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings. In addition, Professor Vu has a strong background and love for orthopedics stemming from many years serving as Head Athletic Trainer at Santa Fe Christian Schools, prior to entering her Masters Program.
