As part of PLNU’s celebration of International Education Week, Oct. 31–Nov. 4, the Office of Global Studies hosted an international photo contest for students, faculty, and staff who had recently studied, served, or traveled abroad. Hundreds of students and members of the campus community dropped by to view the photos and cast their votes for the winners, which included Bryce Ridenour, Simon Bell, Jack Marschke, and Ellen Maley.
The photo contest was just one of the events included in this year’s International Education Week, a time for the entire campus to celebrate, pray for, and learn about the diverse cultures that make up our campus and community. Other events included Carnaval Latino, Tribute to Africa, Sushi Night, and World Market.
