Community College Discounts

Cuyamaca College

Students/Alumni: Students who have taken classes at Cuyamaca College are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs. 

Employees: Current employees are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs as well as a 15% discount for all Graduate programs (excluding MSM Physician Assistant). 

Grossmont College

Students/Alumni: Students who have taken classes at Grossmont College are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs. 

Employees: Current employees are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs as well as a 15% discount for all Graduate programs (excluding MSM Physician Assistant). 

MiraCosta College

Students/Alumni: Students who have taken classes at MiraCosta College are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs.

San Diego Mesa College

San Diego Miramar College

Students/Alumni: Students who have taken classes at Southwestern College are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs.

San Diego City College

Students/Alumni: Students who have taken classes at San Diego City College are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs.

Palomar College

Students/Alumni: Students who have taken classes at Palomar College are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs. 

Employees: Current employees are eligible to receive a 20% discount for all Accelerated Undergraduate programs as well as a 15% discount for all Graduate programs (excluding MSM Physician Assistant).

How do I identify as an eligible applicant?

Incoming students who have completed at least one class at Cuyamaca, Grossmont,  Miramar, MiraCosta, Mesa College, Palomar, San Diego City College, or Southwestern College are eligible for a 20% discount for our AUG programs. This includes students who have a course currently listed as In Progress on their transcript during the application process, or who have shown proof of registration in a course that will be taken in the first semester of their PLNU program. 
 
Students who are in progress or registered for an upcoming course must submit an unofficial transcript to PLNU demonstrating completion of the course to remain eligible for the discount. Students who have only "W"s from their partner community college courses are not eligible for the discount. 
 
Discount is only awarded upon entrance/admittance to PLNU. Currently enrolled students (those who have started taking classes with PLNU and were not eligible for the discount upon entry) are not eligible for this discount, even if they later take a class at a partner community college while in our program.
