Katie Hodson manages the Beauty for Ashes Scholarship and coordinates student engagement initiatives such as Roots of Giving, Live Justice, and the Justice Cohort. The scholarship program supports survivors of human trafficking who are pursuing their first bachelor’s degree, offering not only financial assistance but also access to the university and ongoing support. Dr. Carli provides human trafficking academic research expertise to the CJR team to increase collaboration between academic institutions, in support of HT-RADAR's objective to facilitate a collaborative research environment in San Diego. She also leads a research project for the kNOw MORE! program, and co-leads the Center’s research partnerships with other universities. She is also the current co-chair of the Research and Data Subcommittee of the County of San Diego Human Trafficking and CSEC Advisory Council.

Laura Decker supports all areas of the center’s programs and initiatives and is the primary liaison for the CJR to students, faculty, staff, other departments, external partners, and individuals inquiring about the Center's work.
