Curtis Hicks is a radiation and laser safety officer for UCI Health, where he educates hospital staff on proper radiation safety and supports cancer patients facing challenging treatment paths.
With over 15 years of experience in physics and radiological sciences, Curtis is committed to blending technical expertise with compassionate care. Growing up in a military family and living across the U.S. and abroad, Curtis developed a deep sense of empathy and a passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. He earned his MBA from PLNU in 2022 to advance his career and break barriers in his field. Curtis lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Shanelle, and their four children. He credits PLNU with inspiring him to integrate his faith into his work and serve others with humility and care.
