Randy Waynick joined the Fermanian School of Business (FSB) in 2016 as an adjunct faculty member specializing in organizational leadership. Before joining the full-time faculty at PLNU, Waynick held several positions in business development and sales. He was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Revenue for Robo 3D, Vice President of Sales Americas for Otter Products and LifeProof, and the Chief Sales Officer for VIZIO. Additionally, Waynick has a variety of teaching experience from universities such as Argosy University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Waubonsee Community College in Chicago, Illinois.
