Mandy Morrell, DBA

Assistant Professor of Management

Mandy Morrell came to the Fermanian School of Business in 2018 as a full-time faculty member with fifteen years of extensive managerial experience in supply chain, project and IT management.  Dr. Morrell has worked for the United States Air Force Materiel Command Headquarters and the United States Army Research and Development Corps., Benet Laboratories before continuing her career at General Electric Power (GE). While at GE,  Dr. Morrell managed sourcing integration and supply chains for steam turbines and generators for the power generation division. In addition to her professional experience, Dr. Morrell has focused her research on supply chain career satisfaction, CSR/ethics and supply chain transparency and sustainability. She has her BA in Communications from Cedarville University, her MBA in Innovation and Change Management from Wright State University and her doctorate in Management from Anderson University. Dr. Morrell completed her doctoral dissertation on Career Satisfaction Factors of Millennial Supply Chain Graduates Working in Supply Chain Careers: Intrinsic and Extrinsic Factors.  Dr. Morrell is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Supply Chain Management San Diego (ASCM),  and a member of the San Diego Green Building Council (SDGBC) and the Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA). She is dedicated to investing in the next generation of management professionals.
