With more than 20 years of combined experience in entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, and organizational leadership, Randal Schober brings a wealth of knowledge to graduate and undergraduate students of PLNU’s Fermanian School of Business. As the former executive director of SurfAid, Schober has provided much needed humanitarian programs to remote islands in Indonesia. He has served in executive roles for many start-up companies and several nonprofit organizations. These include executive director of HeadNorth in San Diego, founder and CEO of Avviso, LLC in San Diego, director of education for EFI Sports Medicine in San Diego, and vice president of education for Evolve 1 in San Diego and Phoenix. Currently, he teaches entrepreneurship and innovation and has conducted research in both entrepreneurship and innovation. He is dedicated to inspiring the next generation to pursue new and innovative business ideas that will create impact.
