Rachel Hudlow is the Overseer of Training at All Peoples Church Tijuana. Her role includes directing the School of Transformation, where for the past four years students ages 17 to 70 have sought to grow in their faith, pursue character formation and receive ministry-equipping, believing that transformed people transform families, cities, and nations. She also supports administrative and financial work in the church offices and loves investing in people through one-on-one and group discipleship. Rachel graduated with a BS in Mathematics in 2011 and after six years of teaching middle school math in San Diego and completing her Masters in Teaching in 2017, she moved to Tijuana, Mexico to be on staff full time at All Peoples Church. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, drinking a good cup of tea, and traveling.
What is the impact you’d like to make on the world?
My life vision is to be a faithful woman of integrity who loves Jesus and others wholeheartedly and who serves as a bridge connecting people, languages, and cultures. My prayer is that the people I walk with and invest in will be equipped to love Jesus and others well as they encounter God's hope, joy, and peace and that they would equip others to do the same.
