You're Invited
You’re invited to a special behind-the-scenes fundraising event to experience the drama-based kNOwMORE Human Trafficking Prevention Program. Join us on the evening of April 25th for a rare opportunity to see what it takes to bring this human trafficking prevention curriculum to local teens and how it is impacting our community.
A team of teaching artists and facilitators will walk you through 30 minutes of the live performance, acting out Amanda’s story of being groomed and later exploited by her boyfriend. After watching the drama, you’ll hear from a panel on the impact of kNOwMORE, followed by a time of audience Q&A.
By the end of the evening, you’ll have a better understanding of how students, parents, school administrators, and you can each do their part to prevent human trafficking in San Diego.
Tickets
Tickets are $18 in honor of the 18K students reached through kNOwMORE since its launch in 2016. Tickets can be purchased here. All funds raised at this event will go toward the kNOwMORE Prevention Program.
